What happens if I exceed my click limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, your links will continue to work but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or your limit resets next month.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans so you can try before you buy. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel anytime. We don't offer refunds for previous billing periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoice payments and bank transfers.
Is there a limit on how many links I can create?
Each plan has a monthly link creation limit. Free: 50 links, Basic: 500 links, Pro: 5,000 links, Enterprise: Unlimited. Unused links don't roll over to the next month.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes! We offer 50% off for registered non-profits and educational institutions. Contact our support team with proof of status to apply the discount.
